Our aim is to assemble a fantastic range of exhibits predominantly from Herefordshire and the surrounding areas. Please help us make our decision by giving as much information as possible about your exhibit. To give yourself the best chance of being accepted, please provide a detailed description of your exhibit including the items you intend to sell, how your exhibit space will look, any electrical requirements and as much additional information as you can. Our decision is made on the basis of the information you provide.
Please be aware that you are applying to attend BOTH days of the festival (the price is inclusive of both days). Single days are not permitted. If successful, you will be required to pay a £50 non-refundable deposit within one week of your application being accepted or the offer of a place will be withdrawn. You will also have to submit a Risk Assessment form and a copy of your Public Liability Insurance.
