Matt is Head Chef at the Stagg Inn at Titley in Herefordshire – the first Gastropub in the Country to achieve a Michelin star which they held for many years. They have won various awards for their food and drink and are once again Herefordshire Dining Pub of the year in the Good Pub Guide 2019 having twice won the National Award.
The passion Matt and Chef/Patron Steve Reynolds have for preparing food of the highest quality using only the best Herefordshire ingredients is at the heart of everything they do and Matt says it’s the quality of produce from local farmers and producers that is the key to their success. It maybe a friendly local, but it just so happens to be one of the finest eateries anywhere.
